Course description
The introductory climbing experience offers fun, physical activity, and a small adventure in nature. You’ll take your first steps on the rock wall and learn to take responsibility while belaying.
Requirements
No prior climbing experience required. Basic fitness and good health are necessary. Suitable for children aged 6–7 and up who enjoy being active and are interested in climbing.
Included
One-day introductory climbing course with a certified instructor, climbing equipment provided, and an equipment checklist to help you prepare.
Not included
Travel and transfers, accommodation, and meals are not included. Please bring your personal clothing and gear, as well as climbing shoes, sturdy hiking shoes, or trainers.
