Climbing Liguria – a climbing school born from a passion for rock and nature.
Trainer & Founder: Constantin Pade
VDBS climbing instructor, rock enthusiast, and Liguria lover. For many years, I’ve been exploring the climbing areas of Liguria – from the hidden Valle Argentina to the world-famous walls around Finale Ligure.
Originally from the Allgäu region in the German Alps, I discovered the Valle Argentina through my partner, who is from there. Today, I spend as much time as possible in this special area – whether climbing or simply enjoying the peace and nature.
Motivation
Climbing is more than grades and strength: it’s about being outdoors, experiencing the moment, growing, and feeling the thrill of climbing. That’s exactly what we want to share with you.
Aim
Climb stronger and more confidently, while gaining unforgettable moments, new experiences, and an even greater love for climbing.

From Gym to Rock (2026)
Consti is an excellent climbing instructor who’s able to accommodate for several levels. He knows the area like his backpocket and is very helpful about the stay as a whole.
We were also able to stay with his in-laws in their lovely apartments for a very good price.
I will definitely come back for another course with Consti.

Private Course (2025)
Ich habe für mich und meinen Sohn (11 Jahre) 2 individuelle Kletterkurse mit Consti vereinbart und seitdem will mein Sohn gar nicht mehr weg vom Fels. Consti ist nicht nur ein super Kletterlehrer, er hat auch einen sehr guten Draht zu Kindern. Für uns waren die Kurse ein rundum großartiges Erlebnis! Dafür nochmal ganz herzlich Dank & bis zum nächstem Mal.
From Gym to Rock (2026)
I did the "From Gym to Rock" course in Valle Argentina. Consti is an amazing climbing instructor, making sure of safety at any time, teaching rock climbing technique, belaying techniques and anchor cleaning. He adapted the course to our level and expectations and led the courses with great spirit.
Valle Argentina is a beautiful untouched region of Liguria, where we also got to enjoy time in beautiful remote villages, swim in cristalline water and eat delicious food!
I can definitely recommend booking a climbing course with him, regardless of your level.

Anfängerkurs (2025)
Unser Grundkurs Klettern bei Consti war ein herausragendes Erlebnis. Wir haben uns jederzeit sicher und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Consti ist ein sehr kompetenter Kletterlehrer, und hat uns die Inhalte des Kurses sehr gut vermittelt. Wir würden den Kurs an unsere Freunde weiter empfehlen.
